🛡️ Breakage and theft cover
At checkout, an insured shipping option with breakage and theft cover is offered for €4.99. It is optional: free shipping remains available on all orders. When you choose it, a parcel that is broken or stolen in transit is replaced or refunded at our expense.
To benefit from it, report the problem to [email protected] with a photo of the parcel you received. Without this option, a parcel lost or damaged in transit is handled on a case-by-case basis.
🔎 Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, an email with the tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours, to the address given at checkout.
